Pros

Lots of chances to learn and work with people that have domain expertise. In theory many opportunities to advance into new roles across a huge variety of interesting application spaces and functions.

Cons

This location does not offer the same breadth of growth opportunities as larger offices due to limited exposure to many of the other business units in the company. Profits have been high but raises have been low while local inflation has been quite pronounced.
