Avoid. Thoma Bravo are gutting the place.

Pros

Salary, Bonuses and RSUs were great before that take over. Normal everyday people are brilliant to work with and don't deserve the way they've been treated recently.

Cons

Thoma Bravo. All senior managers, especially the head of the Global Technology department. I've never seen a worse communicator, totally insincere, well out of his depth in this role. Completely incompetent.

Pros

Pay is pretty good, benefits are okay but not the best.

Cons

New executive team are not concerned about employees well being. Anaplan went from being a workplace that provided flexibility and good work / life balance to the exact opposite. They laid off over 140 people and expect all their new initiatives to be done yesterday with less staff. Looking forward to finding my next opportunity outside of this company and will not come back.
