Pros
Anaplan are building a high performance in memory multidimensional database, this is not a challenge that many developers get to tackle. The calibur of developer is incredibly high, and this gives and wonderfully collegiate and collaborative atmosphere.
Cons
There are a few slightly backwards attitudes to software development at the company, they are changing but like many growing companies this takes time.
