      Pros

      - Anaplan was an amazing place to work - Equity was great - Had an amazing C-Suite before TB purchased

      Cons

      - New leadership has never grasped what the platform does and therefore cannot run the organization successfully - Sales has lost traction with new customers, treating existing customers terribly to get any amount of NNACV - leadership is trying to change perception of org by posting fake positive reviews on social media and Glassdoor platforms - starting salaries are much lower - culture is now toxic and people with experience and opinions have been pushed out to protect leaders who do not know anything

      Pros

      Platform was at one time leading edge but with the passing of time with little innovation and new competitors entering the market like Pigment they will be increasingly challenged to gain market share.

      Cons

      New management brought in by Thoma Bravo are myopically focused on short term profitability and therefore reducing the expenses associated with investing in R&D and people to the detriment of long term health.

      * great people * possibility of good culture * great engineers (for now)

      Cons

      * lack of transparency from up top * no longer really a tech company * career progression was difficult & hard to understand * didn’t feel like anyone fully understood what any one team’s purpose was * bad comms and the above led to frequent duplication and unnecessary work
