      Poor shell of what once was a great company to work for

      Pros

      - The people, they are by far some of the most talented and welcoming people I've ever had the pleasure of working with - Pre TB acquisition the culture, benefits and overall working environment were overwhelmingly positive

      Cons

      - Post TB the company is just a general shit-show - Lack of care and consideration for their number one asset, the people! - Lack of transparency and communication - I understand the need to prioritise profitability but the strategy to get there by removing. or reducing key teams crucial to long-term cost-cutting seems short sighted

      Good people who are willing to go outside their job titles to help. Decent product/market fit, especially in finance.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover at all levels, especially since the company was taken private. Not much investment in employee growth or advancement.
