      It’s hard to read reviews like this one. We take this feedback seriously, and we thank you for taking the time to write it. We have introduced our Customer First initiative, and one of the key elements of that initiative is taking care of our people. We are heavily focused on our culture, and we are underway with a number of projects to become the company we aspire to be.

      There are no pros anymore--it left with the previous management team.

      Cons

      Do not come work for this place...even if you are desperate for job. You will only be scared. TB and those who are being loyal to them are really hard to watch. Power tripping, soul crushing, ego manics, ruthless. Only in it for themselves.

      Individual contributors and lower level managers are great to work with and kind people Company is generally flexible with working hours, if you need to take care of something personal, it's rarely if ever an issue Decent pay and solid benefits

      Cons

      New leadership is robotic and tight lipped, negatively impacting morale Recent layoffs and a lack of transparency around them also impacting morale Culture has changed for the worse since new leaders have been put in place
