Good product Flexible work environment

Cons

Cost cutting because of PE Firm Long competitive sales cycles Leadership out of touch with reality Internal systems are all broken Everyone fears losing their job Horrible territory and quota planning for their own reps, but we sell Anaplan for territory and quota planning. Inbound lead flow depends on territory. Internal training doesn't match reality. Not sure what marketing does at Anaplan.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you have flexibility, which is a cornerstone of our culture. Since updating the Go-To-Market Planning Model to support our territory and quota planning process last year, I’ve heard very positive feedback about the decisions we’ve been able to make around coverage and goals in AMER. Marketing is contributing a significant amount of our pipeline, and we’ve received strong reviews from customers and prospects on the Connect event series we launched this year.
