A few years a great company to work for with great leadership, a good vision and great benefits

Cons

Since the acquisition by Thomas Bravo the company has gone down the drain. The culture has shifted, layoffs have taken place, the new Exec team has no real product strategy and vision, employees only stay to vest their RSU's.

Anaplan has some of the best people - many tenured people who have stayed through massive amounts of change, coupled with new people and skill sets to support Anaplan getting to the next evolution of our journey. Our customer base is top notch - iconic logos solving tough problems with Anaplan. Our technology solves real business problems and can make not only our customers' businesses better, but can elevate one's career. We have a new exec team that is bringing operational excellence to ensure each facet of the team delivers within our areas of accountability. And I LOVE our product roadmap!

Cons

We are fairly distributed, which isn't a con as much as it requires one to be incredibly prudent on networking and connecting with others. As I said, we have great people who are willing to support - you just need to make sure that you have a strategy to navigate. (We do have people near offices and are exploring a return to office pilot that seems to have people really excited.)

Cons

The tech industry overall is experiencing some economic turbulence but I hope things get better soon.
