It is observed that the company's focus seems to be primarily on sales with little to no regard for employee development, well-being, or fair compensation. There are instances of long hours with no compensation and teams being downsized abruptly. Despite management's efforts to conceal high turnover, it remains a persistent issue. Additionally, there seems to be a trend of replacing senior employees with more junior ones, which can result in challenges and difficulties for less experienced staff. Appears that HR is publishing positive reviews for the GTM team, which is concerning and indicative of a company in decline. If you are contemplating joining the GTM organization, I would advise you to think twice before proceeding.

You get paid on the last day of the month

Cons

Once a great place to work, it is now a playground for terrible leadership. The CEO and CPO seem to be good friends and worked at the same company before joining Anaplan. Both have destroyed the company culture, removed any kind of flexibility, micro management and forcing employees to go to the office. A lot of good people have left. Soon, customers will leave too, because the product will get worse. In short, avoid it at all cost.

We also believe that bringing our teams together in person creates stronger collaboration and innovation.
