Base Salary was good and OTE If you can hit it

Cons

As an ethnic minority, I've never been so harassed, belittled or bullied before. Nobody on my team spoke to me and my manager constantly berated me. extremely hard product to sell given that competitors almost give this product away. Also diversity doesn't exist here. it's very cookie cutter.
