      Future potential and growth - strong growth strategy that executives share with all employees Opportunity to work with talented people and to develop cutting edge technology Product is exceptional, great to be a company where I can build and that is still growing.

      Under-resourced in certain areas making work hours long Sometimes we move too fast and operate in silos, but we have new leadership that is working to unlock that, time will tell

      The company has had a lot of change and sales turnover impacted my goal attainment but that's true everywhere Growth for SDRs into Sales is hard, left because of that.
