Anaplan reviews

Lots of changes needed in Product. There is a fundamental misunderstanding of how users actually use Anaplan. Further, engineering and product are under 1 person who does not understand how it works. Lots of silos and individual agendas instead of blended goals for a better outcome. Marketing is a mess too. Product Managers are not accountable to outcomes which are borne by CS and Support. Quantity of features in releases over quality, many of which do not change the lives of users for the better. Shame.
