      You will be placed at 85% of the mid-point salary range. The first negotiation while joining should be 1.10% of the midpoint and 1.5x or 2x of your base as equity otherwise you are doomed :)

      Flexibility to be hybrid or remote. Strong focus on maintaining the company's inclusive and collaborative culture. Always seems to be improving employee benefits like getting wellness days off. Rapid pace of change creates many opportunities to grow into new roles.

      Cons

      The transition to being a larger company can mean various processes, and the people driving them, can change often. So you have to be open to change.
