      Talent - a wealth of internal resources and industry experts that are willing to lean in and help Timing - companies are looking for solutions like Anaplan that are a one-stop-shop for all planning, budgeting, and forecasting Technology - it works the way it's supposed to work

      Pros

      It is incredibly rare to find a workplace where you don't mind waking up on a Monday because you get to work with amazing people and promote a product that you believe, wholeheartedly, in its ability to change the way we do business. Leadership invests a lot in their people and creating a fun culture.

      Cons

      Since Anaplan is growing so quickly, it's starting to lose the start-up feel and that sense of ownership or the "founder's mentality". Fairly flat organization could be a con if you measure success by upward movement.
