I have worked at Anaplan for a year and a half. During the pandemic, the company did (and still does) a great job of communicating with employees about COVID and what it meant for our work. I also think the company has really tried to be supportive by making sure to remind us of benefits, give us well being days off, and ask managers to exhibit empathy during this stressful time.
