Leadership style Vision Collaborative Phenomenal Product Business Trajectory Our CEO is a phenomenal human being. He truly cares for employees and does his best to change /keep our culture (which he has done successfully) to be one that is inclusive & creative. Company continues to have a great trajectory and has done well YoY, even through this year's many ambiguities of COVID-19, economy crisis, and unrest. Excellent benefits available for employees. People that I work with here are collaborative in the way they work together and all hands on deck on tasks & projects. They are respectful of one another, and are a bunch of very tenacious, intelligent & creative individuals.

Cons

Fast moving - environment may not suit some who finds ambiguity difficult.Lots of moving parts which can be frustrating.

It has been a great experience joining Anaplan and I can't say enough good things about the company, the product and the company culture. The product is centered around empowering customers to collaborate and that same philosophy informs how Anaplanners work together--it is a culture that fosters collaboration and respect. Company leadership has worked hard to create a workplace where all voices are able to be heard and accomplishments are celebrated. The pace and the growth are fast and for someone who wants an exciting environment, Anaplan is a great place to be.

Cons

With growth comes some growing pains--I would remind the company to continue to be ahead of the curve when it comes to planning for growth and the challenges that can come with it.
