      -There's no shortage of team members willing to partner to ensure success on new deals, customer challenges, etc. - even in the virtual world -Leadership is always looking for ways to improve, thus making critical incremental changes along the way. -Making investments in the business where it counts -Provides the tools and training necessary to succeed

      Cons

      Not really a con per se, but, it is a tough job because we are forging a new path within the industry. So must be willing to roll up your sleeves and own your destiny.

      Pros

      Fantastic Product Supportive and Inspiring People Opportunity to tackle different customer challenges Good Care Package (ex: WFH environment, etc) It is a really exciting time to be part of the Anaplan family. As presales, you are assigned to different customers with different challenges all the time so it's never boring! :)

      Cons

      Fast-Moving (which is also a pro...) Since the company is growing rapidly, catching up with product new features and also handling a lot of projects can be overwhelming at times but people are always willing to lend a hand so it's important to speak up.
