International Office Location Global Customer list With the turnover, there are lots of senior roles available

Cons

This company is completely messed up. While people with direct customer contact are having to cancel vacations to help customers others are able to take 2-3 weeks without blinking an eye. Jack and Jills get promoted to roles and never have to deliver anything that will help the company reach revenue or customer satisfaction targets before they move to a new role, or go on an extra long vacation which they flaunt while others cancel theirs for the good of the company. Not to mention title inflation for political savvy individuals. They are also good at building random teams which confuse the customer and don't add value

The founder has integrity and his original idea is a good one.

Cons

Senior staff turnover has skyrocketed. Without a CEO, politics have taken over. Everyone I know is updating their resume.

great product and was once a great company to work for.

Cons

Management has 1 goal and that is to IPO. Anyone is disposable and there is no thought to anything else. The busy work for sales is more than I have ever seen. The arrogance of upper management is unreal. Most of the reviews were all a result of management asking employees to do so. The worst was the email asking for employees to give the CEO high ratings.
