      Pros

      Anaplan has a fantastic product with ever-expanding market share. Our executive leadership team has a strong strategic vision and focus. With our new executive leadership, everyone still moves fast but it is with focus in the same direction. There are a lot of smart and engaged people at Anaplan. Your work makes an impact you can see in the success of a company. It is rewarding to help drive favorable results, and be part of a company like Anaplan. The growth creates opportunities and you can grow along with Anaplan. The company has started pulse surveys to get feedback and ensure a positive culture. The weekly happy hours now have fancier food. It is a fun place to work. I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work hard and multi-task. In a company growing as fast as Anaplan, the work does not stop.

      Accelerated growth with a plethora of opportunities

      -Intelligent, helpful, nice people to work with -Diligent management that seeks continuous improvement -Understanding and personable managers -An attacking business plan that is not sacrificial in its requirements -Exciting! Exposure to global array of companies

      Cons

      -Insufficient structure. This is compensated for with very helpful co-workers. -Bottlenecks. Since Anaplan is growing very quickly, projects can be held up due to lack of diffusion of responsibility, which isn't entirely the fault of the company. It's hard to have senior leaders when there are so many people being on-boarded so rapidly.

      It's a marathon, but it's a fun marathon

      Pros

      To name just a few of my top ones: • Great team: everyone here is passionate, intelligent, friendly, and in it to win it • Fun vibe: it's really starting to embrace its "fun startup" identity (good snacks, soon-to-be great office once we move, fun outings, etc.) • Superior product: its easy to give 100% for something when you know it actually works

      Cons

      This biggest issue is tpical of startups: growing pains. Oftentimes there is a lack of organization or a lot of back-and-forth before something actually gets done. Oh, and be prepared to work crazy hours (but that being said, work is never ever boring).
