      No career development opportunities or recognition. Full of politics and high management without any skill or qualifications but only good personal relationships and public relations.

      Good culture Collaborative with team is excellent Autonomy

      Cons

      Not as inclusive as the culture headline reads. There are pockets in the Product org where good ideas die as those "smart enough to be in the room" exclude others. That's why product releases fail so often. Projects are silo'd so there is no integration strategy (see PlanIQ, Cloudworks as an example). The release strategy is incoherent, not well thought out at all. Customers get a watered down version of the new functionality. "Does it do these 3 things we need?" "No." "Ok, well it doesn't actually help me at all then." Adoption is the sole responsibility of Customer Success.
