      Toxic culture with too many politics

      Offer remote working. Competitive salary & shares.

      Cons

      Toxic culture with managers promoted on tenure not experience. Lots of politics and cliques. Lack of work life balance due to workload and a lack of strategy means you’re pulled in too many directions. No career progression and promotions based on personality not merit
