      Pros

      A once great company that has been stripped of everything that made it great. There is really nothing to add here, apart from still having a job.

      Cons

      The private capital company that acquired Anaplan has sucked the life out of it. The leadership has lost its way in terms of what its USP, culture, motivation & rewards Etc. It is simply in a process stripping costs to prepare it for resale. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

      There are no pros left it is a terrible place to be.

      Cons

      The company went down hill after it got acquired and went private. I understand having to cut costs to get to profitability but they laid off entire teams and will try to replace them with terrible engineers from overseas. The contractor that was assigned to our team was terrible. Like straight up terrible. Good luck with that.
