      Pros

      Our CEO truly cares about the employees, and their wellbeing. He lives and breathes Anaplan’s culture and is never afraid to make difficult decisions in order to drive growth and sustainability. The CPO is a true HR leader who cares deeply about equality and inclusion. My experience at Anaplan has been extremely rewarding and I’ve learned a great deal in my interactions with my awesome teammates. My opinion is that many of the bad reviews are coming from disgruntled former employees who were possibly terminated.

      Exit toxic leaders and make compassion, empathy, and people skills a major factor before selecting and rating the performance of new leaders.

      Great culture and team to work with. Nice to see the leadership have a vision to where they want to take the team.

      Cons

      Long hours due to fast pace....but glad to have a fast pace job during these times rather than no job.
