Pros

Great culture that provides a strong foundation for the company as we continue to grow and grow FAST. We are still in hyper growth mode and change is constant, but it is because there is so much opportunity ahead of us and we have to keep the momentum going to seize it. It's an exciting time and if you work hard, perform well, then it is a great place to be. This is the best group of colleagues and leadership I have ever worked with in my long career. Everyone is collaborative, kind, passionate about their work, open, transparent, and always willing to lend a helping hand. The leadership, especially our CEO, have a strong vision that I trust will lead us to continued success. But what I love most about our leaders is their transparency, accessibility and how much they value the employees and our feedback (many of the leaders have frequent AMAs). The benefits are fantastic: a generous ESPP, 401k matching, unlimited PTO in the US, free snacks, free mental health coaching, support for new parents, gym discounts, etc. There are also employee resource groups for women, LGBTQ+, accessibility, etc. It's an inclusive culture where we recognize and celebrate everything from Diwali to Rosh Hashanah. We were also recently given a holiday shutdown where the entire company was able to take time off as a reward for a successful year. The product itself is amazing and competitive. It's a great time to join the company as we are an upward trajectory.

Cons

If you're just looking to coast and put in the bare minimum, Anaplan is not the place for you.

Pros

Rocket ship and product sells. Customers and Partners love the product

Cons

If you are in alliances be prepared to join a team with zero leadership, strategy or direction. An unachievable quota that is used on slides but will make you no money. Remote employees are treated like garbage (zero benefits) Cheap leadership in all aspects. Company run by two bean counter CFOs

Pros

1.) A great product 2.) Great Culture 3.) You can Work from Home 4.) Kitchen with free food

Cons

If you join as a Product Support Analyst - 1.) NON TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT - The management (leadership) is not technical at all, they are just for man-management, so they do not know what's going on, they just want to set up new processes every time without knowing the underlying cause. 2.) EXTREME PRESSURE - Too much pressure, less time to work on the actual needed stuff. 3.) CALL-CENTER JOB - Feels like a call-center job, where you have to call the users every time. The management needs to understand that this is not a call-center job. 4.) MICRO-MANAGEMENT - The managers will micro-manage you every time, whatever you do, they will micro-manage you. They just want you to work 24*7 for them without doing anything else. 5.) NO INCENTIVES - The management wants you to work extra hours out of your shift and there are literally no incentives. You'll just get a slice of pizza for the hard work. No other incentives apart from that. 6.) NO CAREER GROWTH - There are people in the team who have been working in the same position for 2-3 years without any growth. The management needs to understand that growth is important for people else they will eventually start leaving the company.
