      Pros

      I have been working with Anaplan for approx 2 years now. I love the people, culture and the work. People are ready to help you with an opportunity to learn. Flexible hours, good stock options, compensation, free food and lot of good things about Anaplan. This is the best job in my entire experience of 11 years. I did not see any political challenges over the last 2 years. Even if i see very good engineering culture, management keeps on working to make it a better place for all anaplanners.

      I do not see anything at this moment which is a downside for Anaplan.

      Pros

      Lot of new partners and a strong product offering. Attention in media has increased.

      Cons

      Lot of bureaucracy has crept in. Employees don't feel galvanized and are highly tensed. Global collaboration is very daunting and exhausting. Career advancement is a standstill. Poor stock options for most employees.
