      1. Great Product - the offering is highly aligned to market demand 2. Culture - very collaborative & open atmosphere 3. People - some very talented people who are very willing to share their knowledge

      Cons

      nothing big - sometimes the organization thinks it is bigger in market share than it actually is. our beauty is being at the right size.

      Pros

      Great focus on wellness and mental health. Very supportive management, open to all ideas. Went public, matured into its post-start-up configuration, focused its business all the while maintaining its growth. While it's focused on delivery value to customers and investors, it does keep employee happiness in its sights.

      Cons

      Still a bit siloed and needs better internal communication, but its been through a massive rollercoaster market (IPO, Covid, partnerships with Google and Amazon). On the other hand, this could describe most SaaS companies nowadays.
