      Pros

      You are trusted and treated with respect. There is no clock watching, as long as you do your job, everyone is happy. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow what you do.

      Cons

      Too much free chocolate and crisps in the office! Fortunately I'm not in there every day!

      Pros

      When I first joined it was very tough to get started as an engineer outside the inner circle. As the company has grown it is a lot easier for new starters to make an impact. It’s also very competitive for the north of england.

      Cons

      Engineering career path is not very clear; colleagues in other departments find it easier to get career growth as typically they are growing a new function, but engineering is a large department so it can be frustrating to see that.
