      Pros

      From the moment I joined Anaplan, the on-boarding experience was quick and efficient. Honestly the best I've ever experienced. Gave me just the right about of information and setup to hit the ground running. The leadership team is open and transparent and put communication with it's employees as a high priority, which is admirable.

      Cons

      Since we're in growth mode, there are some logistical items that are still in flux or needed to be revisited, but otherwise not a lot of cons.

      Best startup to work for

      Surrounded with talented people Focus on getting work done and no micromanagement Flexible work hours and unlimited paid time off Health plan, 401k, bonuses Friday happy hours, Monday breakfast, snacks stocked Hiring aggressively by maintaining core values and culture fit

      Lots of hard problems

      Pros

      If you're entrepreneurial and want to have high impact, we have lots of interesting engineering problems to solve. Very little politics, lots of business opportunities.

      Cons

      Growing pains creating collaboration and communication difficulties. We are not longer a small startup.
