      One of the most exciting places to work in tech today

      Pros

      Outstanding, highly differentiated product; addresses fundamental pains that customers instantly recognise and badly want to solve. Hence exponential growth in past few years! Smart, energetic, friendly people - a genuine team ethos across the whole company. Seasoned management team driving a coherent and consistent strategy

      Cons

      Not really a con, but definitely a reality: a hyper growth company with constant change is not for everyone. Many of the negative reviews here are clearly from folk for whom this was not the right environment. Yes there is plenty of “spillage”; mistakes are made, bruises get picked up along the way - but the culture is very positive, teams are supportive and management is bringing good focus and stability HR processes are still immature and there is inconsistency in places in pay levels - the new CPO is taking good steps to address.

      Pros

      Management is organized and realistic. Employees are happy and friendly. Everyone loves to help and give their time to teach or assist others. Healthy and friendly atmosphere. Top notch recruiters!

      Cons

      I wish lunch was free!

      Thanks for your review. We love hearing of the Collaborative experience you've had, as it is a key value for Anaplan. And it would be cool to have more free food. But hopefully the snacks and drinks help. :)

      Pros

      I can't think of a time where I have been more excited about jumping "all in" and growing a company. Anaplan has a disruptive, highly value-add solution and are poised to change the way companies make decisions. The leadership team has evolved to ensure the leadership strength is in place to provide a clear vision, strategy and execution at scale.

      Cons

      As with any company at Anaplan's size and trajectory of growth, things are moving quickly and there is heavy lifting to ensure we capture the opportunity ahead.
