Anaplan’s platform is the most flexible, scalable, and collaborative cloud planning system in the world today.

      Pros

      - Best leadership & team I have ever worked with - Fantastic products (leaders in Gartner magic quadrants) - Excellent culture & camaraderie within teams - Smart people - Respectful & supportive environment - Transparent environment (open communication. Ideas are heard & good ideas get executed) - Growth opportunities if you are a high performer

      Cons

      - Not for everyone. A a mature start up with a lot of moving parts. Need to be able to run at Anaplan speed - Nowhere to hide if you are not a performer

      Very toxic Culture

      Pros

      Good product, there is a lot of space for it in the market. Besides the product there isn’t a ton else I would consider a pro

      Cons

      Very toxic work culture, leadership is poor from managers to directors to VP’s. There is no room for career growth unless you are a buddies with someone higher up. This company is highly political, more so than anywhere else I have ever worked. I would never recommend anyone to join this company.
