      Pros

      Good people in the Minneapolis office. Decent benefits. Opportunity to work with intelligent, hard-working people at the lower levels.

      Cons

      This company's executive leadership is totally dysfunction and toxic. It effects literally everyone in the company - at all levels. They come from the giants in ERP and they are unwilling to do the work required at a start-up, and they block everyone else's ability to make improvements and changes. As a result, turnover is going to be huge and the company is going to continue to miss all their targets. Seems like they are looking to sell as a result.

      The Rocketship

      Pros

      Anaplan is not SpaceX but a Rocketship the team put in orbit in less than 3Y under Fred's leadership. This wouldn't have been possible without all of our customers, especially the first ones who put their badge on the line and trusted Fred and his (small) team at the time would be able to deliver. A lot of them were in SanFrancisco 9-10th of May for HUB16, our annual gathering. They all spontaneously applauded when the team thanked Fred for his 4 years with us.

      Cons

      Embarking on a Rocketship may have some drawbacks! things are changing at a fast pace, there is always more to do, but if you're enjoying what you do for living, it is just more fun then!

      Pros

      The CEO leaving was one of the best things to happen to Anaplan in a long, long while. I appreciate everything Fred did to get us here--which was a lot--but, he created a toxic culture with unnecessary bottlenecks that stifled progress, innovation, and growth. One week out you can already tell the difference. I'm incredibly excited for Anaplan 2.0!

      Cons

      Obviously, there isn't a CEO. Not great, but the rest our existing c-suite has great experience that I believe and trust in.
