      Pros

      Anaplan has such a great culture that allows everyone to be their own person and to flourish in the comfort of being who you are. Anaplan rewards great work and can really help accelerate your career goals with such a range of opportunity outside of your primary work remit. You are well compensated and have great benefits be it tangible or policy. Anaplan didn't need a pandemic to do hybrid working. You get to own your output and have a life, which is such a great appeal in this world.

      Cons

      Despite the appeal of hybrid working, meeting people face-to-face is not common and whilst we have great offices to go to, getting people together is a struggle at times. Budgets are tight across the business.

      - Flexibility: the company gives you a lot of flexibility to help you balance your personal and professional lives. - Competitive salaries - Dynamic and challenging environment in a fast growing company (although this could be a con depending on your preferences) - Great workplace culture and values that are not just empty words.

      Cons

      - If you are not good adapting to changes, it might be tough. Company is growing fast so you need to be open to do other tasks out of your original scope. - Because of the company growing so fast, it usually struggles to hire quick enough to support this growth.
