      Poor culture that kills your drive to work

      Great product that is actually solving some real world problems

      Cons

      - Anaplan has no feedback culture and as a result there is no accountability among people in managerial roles - If your manager dislikes you for any non-work related reasons (prejudice/bias/personal dislike) the only way for you to keep your mental sanity is to find another job - HR is powerless and will not provide any assistance - The company preaches inclusivity and diversity in company meetings, but that is it. It is just a metric and there is 0 effort to bring this into the company DNA

      Pros

      Product works well as long as it's sufficiently and significantly supported.

      Cons

      Sales culture has gone from marginal to terrible. Putting sales managers in place with no sales experience. A lot of sales reps and sales leaders leaving/left. CEO appears more interested in promoting his book and image than promoting a fair and healthy culture.

      Pros

      Business is flourishing Outstanding CEO and executives Great Place to work for non tech Used to be a promising place for engg till late last year. Customers love the product.

      Cons

      Expect to spend most of your time navigating lot of mid management politics where site lead with very poor technical knowledge runs the decision making along with her imports. There is a lot of fact wrangling which is common which leaves you constantly left demoralized. Few people work hard, but many teams like the SRE team get away with ballooned estimates and working less than 2 hours per day. Project which I was on was made based off reqs from one of biggest customer instead of taking in a more broader view and now is being reworked.
