Company in a (necessary) transition
Pros
Truly fantastic product with strong customer love/loyalty. Solid strategy; lots of transformation tied to outcomes. Operations and execution frameworks starting to be rolled out for much-needed structure. Good flexibility with regard to in-office expectations (return to office -- two days/week). This creates a nice blend of in-person collaboration but also focused time working from home.
Cons
Not yet mature at managing the vast amount of change. Even though it has mostly been necessary change to improve profitability and operational maturity, company has not done great at messaging nor planning these changes, which resulted in unneeded angst amongst employees. Still rebuilding several critical functions after leadership changes and cost restructuring. Additionally, still creating scalable technology, processes and functions to make growth achievable and manageable -- much of this just was never prioritized previously.
