      - Company has put a really clear and compelling strategy into place which they transparently share updates on progress being made on a quarterly and monthly basis - Investing considerably into talent development through manager development program, enablement/training, new performance management processes and robust rewards & recognition programs -Product innovation has accelerated and is delivering! -Market growth and sales execution is on a very exciting trajectory!

      Cons

      The transformation takes time and not all things can be prioritized at once but I'm encouraged by how the leadership team is taking feedback and accountability for effective execution across all of it.
