Full disclosure. I was affected by the recent layoffs where they laid off like 80% of the company probably. When I joined, the environment was awesome and the company was geared towards becoming better and build better. After the acquisition, everything changed. There was a full management change. They started offshoring every position. Laid off everybody and all they talk about is "Profitability". The management are nothing but puppets of Thoma Bravo and they don't care about the company and just spit out lies. I honestly don't see this company lasting long. Good luck if you join.

- Begun to phase out WFH , even though teams that operate in different offices don't benefit as much. This should not be mandatory and should be up to the team leaders. - Return to office (Collaborative Working Environment), was announced a day before it was to begin, giving parents at minimum 3 days to arrange childcare. - New EC do not appear genuine. There is a disconnect between the words they they are sharing and the actions they are performing. - Support teams like IT are slow to reply and may ignore Slack channel messages completely - Healthcare options seem expensive
