Pros

The introduction of new product enhancements available to customers stands out as a commendable achievement. These innovations demonstrate the company’s dedication to improving its offerings and responding to customer needs, highlighting the team’s hard work and the potential for the company’s offerings to make a significant impact in the market.

Cons

Unfortunately, the positive strides in product development is overshadowed by a toxic company culture, cultivated from the CEO down. Unwilling to face the reality of their employees’ experiences, the executive team’s reluctance to reflect on their role in perpetuating a negative work environment is disheartening. To potential candidates considering an opportunity: pay close attention to the CEO’s approval ratings and read between the lines of the reviews. They offer a window into the company’s culture and leadership ethos. Great product development cannot compensate for a work environment that undermines its people’s morale.
