      Decent Pay and RSUs Good engineers in pockets Technologies used are quite modern while people making decisions aren't :)

      Cons

      Inefficient with building good vision strategies to engineering work. Operates still like a startup. Better cultures exist in similar aged companies Engineering Leadership is 2/5 and are quite experimental. Connection based working environment
