      Pros

      It was really exciting to work for a company on the cutting edge of DNA testing in relation to Genealogy. It was a fast paced environment, with new things coming all the time. The people who work there were great and most were really easy to work with. The pay and benefits were both fantastic.

      Cons

      Because this is a tech company, some managers didn't have time to mentor their subordinates - managers had to wear too many hats and had too many demands on their time. This made it a difficult environment to truly learn and grow in.

      Pros

      Lots of great people are there. They have great benefits that help you feel well taken care of. They are also in a great location.

      Cons

      Very splintered development organization. A lack of standards really hurts the effectiveness of individuals, teams, and departments.
