Pay and benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Management is bad. None of the departments managers communicate with each other. Employees are left doing managements job the majority of the time. NO WEEKENDS. You'll never have time for your family. This place has a toxic and racist environment. Management and HR do not care about the employees at all. The union is a joke because they will hire temps to do your job. In all honesty its not worth the money dealing with the disrespect you'll go through.

Pay and benefits good. Some of a WFH policy, and hopefully permanent.

Cons

Management doesn't communicate well to all departments. Not a lot of appreciation for long time employee.

For our Tampa based employees, the WFH Hybrid option is something we implemented to promote a work-life balance and show our appreciation for our employees. We are glad that you were able to participate in the program. The majority of our employees are based in plant locations, and we definitely appreciate their hard work. We will share this feedback with leadership to continue to improve on communication and employee recognition.
