Great collaborative environment. I work with a lot of innovative people who are able to think outside of the box. Company culture is one that is open and family oriented. employee centered and value their #1 asset; the people!

There are no Pros, the money is not enough for the work, constant harassment, harsh work environment, corrupt leadership, management that are drug addicts and alcoholics.

Cons

This company is a train wreck. The entire management staff should be fired. The union officials are in league with management and not looking out for the workers. The people who work hard are overloaded and the slackers get away with doing nothing. I watched the shipping department drivers sleep all night in Jacksonville so many times.
