Pay is great with lots of opportunities for overtime.

Cons

Hard work with unhappy people makes work even harder. Management was understanding, but HR at the time was lacking.Swing shift was hard on sleep and family life.

Very negative environment, most employees have negative comments about management and HR personnel, not much positive communication between employees and management. Company all about work and no employee recognition....Too many employees coming and going from Company.

Mostly good people and people who want to do good for the company.

Cons

No real policies apply to upper management. Bully, trickle down mentality. HR dept is non existent unless it benefits them personally. Off the cuff decisions made daily.
