Good job for college students

Pros

High Pay for no education, lots of overtime available, can advance and switch jobs very easily.

Cons

Management was pretty bad, too many families worked there which made for some unfair preferential treatment, many ethical dilemmas to face daily, work 7 days a week on swing shifts with barely any time off for family and friends.
