Close to home. Good friends. Trips to brewery were fun.

Cons

Salary was terrible, hours were terrible, and upper management did not care about middle management. Middle management was expected to do more work because we were on salary, and the hourly employees were protected by the Union.

A good summer job in between semesters.

Pros

The pay is very good, you have to be able to work a lot of hours. In the summer the inside of the factory is very hot and you have to be able to work through it.

Cons

The work is very repetitive, you work on an assembly line for 8 hours doing the same minute activities over and over. If this type of work interests you it is a good way to make money.
