The pay is good and you can work as many hours as you want.

Cons

It's very obvious that you will only go so far when you are not white. Most supervisors are women with nasty attitudes. You will have a point system that takes points quickly but earn only 1 point in 6 months. You will be expected to work sick or lame. They are concerned only about production.
