Pros

love my coworkers, great/happy environment (although this could change depending on where you're seated), great opportunities to work with partners and directors, really interesting work, people care about you and will listen IF you speak up

Cons

no one is going to hold your hand - you need to speak up for yourself and form a good relationship with a mentor; there is a steep learning curve, but if you're willing to be patient and have the motivation to succeed, it gets much easier; busy seasons can be rough, but it's part of the job and not more than you can expect as long as you manage your work and communicate

Pros

They are paying 100% for me to get my MBA, my partner got a scholarship from Andersen and they are paying for 80% of his college tuition, annual bonuses and raises, good salary, good medical.

Cons

Technology is lacking for a company of our size and they only match 1% for 401k!

Pros

The firm stands out as an exceptional place to launch one's career. Prioritize strong professional development, while investing in training programs. Associates benefit from mentorship opportunities and have access to employer-sponsored Master’s or MBA courses for some employees. Compensation package includes attractive pay and benefits, such as complimentary dinners and Uber rides during the demanding busy season. Family-like atmosphere among the junior levels.

Cons

Management tends to be overly controlling. Communication breakdown often occurs where one manager does not know what the other manager in the same department is doing. The quality of management varies significantly. Some managers are approachable and supportive while others play favorites providing insufficient actionable support. Unequal enforcement of workplace rules regarding attendance and breaks is common that plays a significant damage on team's morale and productivity.
