People that work here are genuinely helpful and friendly Management are really supportive People are promoted internally Really suits people who like a fast pace/ entrepreneurial Free Lunches that are healthy and high quality, Fair wages and flexi time available Promote charity fund raising and volunteering in the local community

Cons

Recommends Positive Outlook I have been working at Best Companies full-time Pros Friendly family atmosphere, very different to anywhere else I've worked. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills and make the role your own, the free lunch is a bonus. Struggling to find anything I really dislike here, some other reviews mention the company being reactive rather than proactive, I think a lot of organisations are susceptible to this and the company are aware that this is sometimes the perception, therefore they are able to work on it.
