      Pay is above market, interesting problems in AI and robotics, great benefits, many chances to move up and take ownership. I’ve been promoted thrice in 3 years.

      Pros

      Explosive growth from 3K at the beginning of 2025 to 6K. Still plenty of opportunities for impact and career development but you need to advocate for yourself and find those opportunities.

      Cons

      Poor WLB and unclear expectations for promotions. Outgrowing our offices and parking. Benefits being reduced as we grow bigger to prepare for IPO in the coming years.
