      Pros

      The benefits are great. Lots of free food. Interesting projects.

      Cons

      Over-politicized work environment. Lack of accountability. Annual raises are negligible. Sick time is accrual based for hourly employees. Low PTO for hourly employees with no way to accrue more.

      Food is catered. Nice facility.

      Cons

      No diversity, no direction, a lot of duplicate work because there is no communication, even within departments. Company is in a buying frenzy but management doesn’t stop to actually manage what they have already. Lots of wasted time and money. It could be a great company but it’s just not.

      Smart people are there in certain roles or groups

      Cons

      Smart people are drowned out by people who never worked outside of startups or are in their first jobs, making them terrible coworkers, managers, leaders etc.
