- talent density across various teams is highest i've seen in my career - incredible growth curve (and opportunities that come with it) - happy with the compensation & benefits - great environment to "level up" in skills/knowledge

Cons

- some perks have started to go away - newer hires don't feel like they've upheld the bar - becoming more difficult to track what's happening across the company
